Chanting and sitting meditation in the Kwan Um Zen tradition
Wednesday mornings at 8 am
School of Socian Service Administration, Room E-2.

Zen meditation trains us to clear our minds and open our hearts by means of several kinds of formal practice – sitting, chanting, bowing, and walking meditation. It is open to those of any religious affiliation or those with none. As we continue to let go of our thinking, analytical minds and come back to what is right in front of us, a sense of peace and wisdom begin to pervade our lives. At Zen Meditation Group – SSA, you can join us in this wonderful practice every week. For more information, contact Hang Ruan, Dharma Teacher, Kwan Um School of Zen, perceive108@gmail.com.
