BUDDHISM ON CAMPUS AND HYDE PARK
There are several free regularly scheduled meditations on the University of Chicago campus and in the surrounding neighborhood. For the weekly schedule and special events, see the calendar.
Beginners Meditation Class
Monday evenings 8 pm until 7th December 2009.
Rockefeller Chapel Interfaith Center, room 017.

Sitting Meditation
Thursday evenings 7 to 9 pm

Join us for silent meditation, a hearty tea snack, and a reading/discussion related to meditation in action. Basic meditation instruction can be provided for people who would like it. Korean Won Buddhism meditation open to all and led by Taehyung Cho. A 30 minute sit, some changing, and a discussion about everyday mindfulness. Also a free Tai Chi class beforehand from 9 to 10 am.
